Abiba Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd was established in 2000, to
engage in the Plastic Packaging Industry. We have 13 years of expertise in this
industry, specializing in developing, producing and selling eco-friendly,
biodegradable plastic packaging products.

We have 9 set of Blowing Machines,which can manufacture a variety of size from minimum of 19 cm size to the maximum of 100cm.These machines enable us to produce HDPE and LLDPE plastics bags.We have 2 unit printing machines and cutting machine,high speed 300pcs/minute.3 machine and cutting machine,star seal 11 machine.

this if the machinery is substandard? This is why we also have technologically
advanced machinery to maintain our standards of producing products of the
highest quality. Parts of this are 9 sets of Blowing Machines, which can
manufacture a variety of sizes ranging from a minimum of 19 cm to the maximum
of 100 cm.

These machines enable us to produce HDPE and LLDPE [Linear Low Density Polyethylene] plastics bags. In addition to these, we have 2 high speed printing and cutting machine units, which can manufacture up to 300pcs/minute.
Quality Control
One of our best practices is quality awareness. Our quality teams work in inspecting and proactively control at every step in the production process to assure that we will deliver excellent products and meet sophisticated customer's requirements.

We impose the strict quality control procedure for the entire process.The procedure includes,Carton and finished goods testing. Besides the strict quality procedure,we have the high standard Quality Assurance Instruments such as Dart Impact Testing Instrument,and JogTesting,to assure that our products are durable,strong,resistant to leakage and compliant to our standard specification.
Process of Production
The film production procedure. Starts from mixxing plastics, blowing film by extruder, machine, printing and cutting the film and rolling them as finished goods.
At this stage,the film ia already trans formed to be plastic bags and ready to be shipped for our customer.
